Why No Refunds?
- Hygiene and Safety: Our products are for personal use and cannot be resold once opened or used.
- Custom Formulations: Each oil blend is carefully prepared to ensure effectiveness, and results may vary depending on individual use.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide a photo of the damaged item along with your order number, and we will gladly replace the product at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once shipped, no cancellations are allowed.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Times
- Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the U.S.
- International shipping may take 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Lost / Missing / Damaged Deliveries
LOST / MISSING:
I Am Everything is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. It is the customer's responsibility to manage shipment delivery. Please arrange for your carrier to hold your package until you can pick it up if you will not be home during delivery. We will no longer replace deliveries that are lost or stolen once the carrier marks your items as "delivered
